SREEJEE CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED was launched by
Mr. AMD. SHIVAKUMAAR, professionally qualified civil engineer. The Company stepped on the path to glory in1995,as the leading ENGINEERS and PROMOTERS of properties in Chennai and Madurai. During the course of time from one project a year, the company has grown to a stage of handling multiple projects at a time, thus establishing SREEJEE CONSTRUCTION as one of the most reversed promoter in Chennai.
Projects undertaken by SREEJEE CONSTRUCTION range from low-cost housing to high end bungalows; and from substructure works to high rise apartments. The accomplishment of construction area has crossed over 5,00,000 lakhs Sq. ft and is well known for having provided secured apartments , properties, flats and living spaces of various kind in India.
SREEJEE CONSTRUCTION always maintain close cooperation with all parties involved in its projects and takes pride for completing projects ahead of schedule, with high standard of workmanship and a reasonable profit. Shivakumaar earned his Civil Engineering degree and began his career as a property valuation specialist for various private and nationalized banks.
Disillusioned by the opacity common in traditional contracting, Shivakumaar established SREEJEE CONSTRUCTION in 20.. to introduce modern technology, defined schedules, and open communication to every project.
With over 25 years in the commercial and residential construction sector, Shiva Kumaar leads the company from the front, dedicated to uncompromised quality and structural integrity. He developed a passion for transforming architectural blueprints into lasting physical spaces and reached numerous milestones.
Under his guidance, SREEJEE CONSTRUCTION has finished over — projects throughout Tamilnadu. Shivakumaar is directly involved in every key stage of development, guaranteeing transparent client communication and strict adherence to deadlines. His practical management approach ensures clients are always aware of their budget and timeline status. He consistently believes that constructing a home or business space should be an exciting experience, not a stressful burden.

When I’m Not on the Job Site: Shivakumaar can be found traveling with his family or volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.
